For Canada, you need to pay study permit fees which is 150 Canadian $ and the approximate processing time is 9 weeks. You may be allowed to have a study permit only at designated learning institutions (DLI). 

Following documents  are required along with your application. 

1. Acceptance letter from DLI 
2. Proof of funds. This includes tuition fees and cost of living 
3. Valid passport. 

After submission of application you may be asked for an interview, medical exam & police certificate.  

After approval you will receive. 1) letter of introduction 2) Electronic travel authorization (eta) etc.  

Working hours and earnings 

In Canada, it depends on the province but on average international student can earn up to 10.25 Canadian Dollar per hour. You can work up to 20 hours per week.
